While we provide structured workouts and guidance, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, as results depend on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at forthework.fit@gmail.com.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, designs, text, and branding, is owned by Fit for the Work and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
